1. How to order from Ezyshop.com.my ? |
- Add the product that you interested to your Shopping Cart by click to “Put into Cart”.
- Create an account or log in your user name. After your account created or log in to your account, you can continue to your Shopping Cart.
- In your Shopping Cart, you may change the quantity or remove the products before you click “Check Out”, or you can continue to view for other product by click to “Continue”
- After confirming your order, click “Check Out” to fill in your billing and shipping information.
- Select the payment method in the same webpage
- After Proceeding to Check Out from the Shopping Cart, the total amount payable will be shown in the webpage.
- You will receive an email confirmation for all orders you place online.
- We accept all major credit cards and Payment by Bank (Telegraph Transfer).
- For large oversea order, please use Bank Telegraph Transfer.

2. How does Ezyshop.com.my arrange delivery ? |
- Goods will be shipped within 2 working days upon receipt of payment. An order notification with tracking number will be issued to the buyer via email.
- The shipping methods are as below:

| 3. Is the shipping cost excluded from the product price ? |
- Within Malaysia :
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. The handling charges are free. During the checkout process, you'll be asked to enter you receiver destination. You will see a page showing the total amount payment for your purchase item plus shipping charges.
- Oversea Buyer :
Shipping charges may varies from country to country. Ezyshop.com.my will advise the shipping cost via email to the buyer if shipping charge info not available in the webpage.

Ezyshop.com.my is not responsible for shipments which delayed due to the causes beyond the control of our carriers, including, but not limited to the following: Acts of God, riots, strikes or other labor disputes, air traffic control delays, disruptions in air or ground transportation networks due to events such as weather phenomena and natural disasters.
Ezyshop.com.my reserves the rights to select the shipping method and carriers to ship the goods. |

| 5. Is there any Customs Duties and Taxes will be incurred to the shipment ? |

All customs duties, taxes or other fees will be solely responsible by the purchaser. Ezyshop.com.my will not hold any responsibility or liability on duties and taxes due to customs clearance changes or change of customs rules and regulations. The buyer has to check with the destination country's customs services for details.
Due to import prohibitions, Ezyshop.com.my we may not be able to ship to some specific country. Some countries may require certain import license. The buyer will need to check with their local authorities to determine what are the necessary documents or licenses required for import of the goods.
Our international shipping prices is only reflects the base shipping charges but not inclusive customs duties, taxes or other country specific fees. The total amount chargeable is ONLY reflects the cost to ship the goods. Any additional charges for customs clearance will be under buyer cost. |

| 6. Can I return the goods due to quality issues ? |

In the event if the buyer intend to return all or partially return of goods, Ezyshop.com.my will accept the return based on the following conditions :
- Ezyshop.com.my must be contacted within three (3) days upon receipt of goods if goods need to be returned.
- The buyer has to get a Return Authorization from the admin of Ezyshop.com.my before arranging for return of goods.
- Goods must be received by Ezyshop.com.my within ten (10) days from the buyer’s receiver date.
- Goods must be returned with same condition in packaging and it must be returned with postage paid.
- The electrical products sold in Ezyshop.com.my may not be compatible with the electrical system in buyer’s country. For this reason, goods are not returnable.
- Your purchase price, after minus shipping charges and credit card processing fee will be returned. 30% restocking fee for returned items will be chargeable to the buyer.
- According to Ezyshop.com.my stores Hygiene policies, Return & Exchange of goods are not accepted on slimming lingerie & socks.

| 7. How should I judge whether the goods can be returned? |
- Receive goods with wrong merchandise
Wrong product has shipped to the buyer by mistake. Once the mistake has been rectified by Ezyshop.com.my, the goods can be returned without any restocking fee changeable to the buyer. Full refund will be payable to the buyer.
- Receive goods with bad quality
Once the quality issues have been rectified by Ezyshop.com.my, the goods can be returned without any restocking fee changeable to the buyer. Full refund will be payable to the buyer.
Replacement will be arranged upon receipt of returns.
- Received the correct goods/products but not in expected flavor sizes
Return is acceptable, but the shipping cost must be bear by the buyer. No refund on product and shipping cost can be acquired from the buyer. All products must be returned in “sellable” condition. Products must be sealed, unopened, and in original packaging.
The buyer has to advise the next available sizes of goods/products with the product cost equal or below the initial received product cost. No refund can be acquired for the excess payment due to lower/small sizes of products.
- Received the correct goods/products but not in expected flavor, eg. Colour, specifications… etc.
No return and refund applicable
Ezyshop.com.my invoice must be send together with your returned goods. Send the return delivery confirmation upon pick up of goods. Ezyshop.com.my will not responsible for the lost of goods during the returning.

| 8. What is the warranty status for the goods sell in Ezyshop.com.my ? |

1 year manufacturing warranty will be provided for all the electrical devices.
9. What is the price and specifications validity for the goods/product sell in Ezyshop.com.my ?
In the event a product price or specifications listed is no longer valid or price changed due to market price fluctuated, typographical error or any other reasons, Ezyshop.com.my reserves its right to reject or cancel the order even the order has been confirmed or payment has been accepted. The product prices and specifications are subjected to change without prior notice.

| 10. What is the rules for the order of 24 hours delivery ? |
- This service is only applicable to the receiving area in Peninsular Malaysia.
- No delivery on Saturday, Sunday and public holiday.
- The 24 hours is considered the working hour on a working day.
- Any order placed (payment accepted) before 2.00pm on a working day, the arrival will be by the next working day before 6.00pm.
- Any order placed (payment accepted) after 2.00pm on a working day, the arrival will be by the day after tomorrow (must be a working day) before 6.00pm.
- This service is only applicable for selected products listed in the "24 Hours Delivery" block.
- This service is not applicable for late delivery due to natural disasters such as typhoons, earthquakes, or in the event of system breakdown, equipment maintenance,... etc.
- The claim for the the voucher of RM (Ringgit Malaysia) 10 shall be submitted by email or a regular mail within there (3) days.
- The voucher can only be consumed in buying of product in ezyshop.com.my, no cash refund can be claimed.
