1. Orders and Acceptance
By submitting an order, the Buyer represents and warrants that all personal information entered for the order is valid. Except with respect to out of stock items noted in the "Stock Availability" section below, the Buyer can not cancel or change an order once it has been submitted. All orders are expressly conditioned upon acceptance by the Website. The Buyer should notify the Website immediately if any discrepancies are noted in the acknowledgement.
2. Stock Availability
If a product is not in stock after the order has been placed, the Buyer will receive an email (if an email address has been provided) or notice via regular mail from the Website indicating that the product is out of stock and when the Website expects the stock will be available. The notification will contain instruction for how to cancel the order. The website reserves the rights whether to remain or to cancel the order.
3. Product Descriptions
The website attempts to be as accurate as possible in describing the products. However, the Website does not warrant that the product descriptions or other content are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
4. Pricing
All prices of the product are listed in RM (Ringgit Malaysia). Prices do not include shipping or handling charges. In the event a product listed at an incorrect price or price changed due to market price fluctuated, typographical or any other reasons, the Website reserves its rights to reject or cancel the order even the order has been confirmed or payment has been accepted.
5. Electronic Communications
While placing an order or sending emails to the Website, the Buyer is communicating with the Website electronically. The Buyer consents to receive communications from the Website electronically. The Buyer agrees that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that the Website provided electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. The Buyer consents to enter into this Agreement electronically covers the current transaction only. Future transactions will require additional consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event will be liable to the Buyer for any incident, special punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from or connected with the Agreement or the use of the Buyer or the performance of any product, regardless of whether the Website knows or has reason to know of the possibility of such damages.
In no event will be the Website’s liability for any claim of any kind, whether based in contract, warranty, tort, strict liability of otherwise, for any losses or damages arising out of, connected with, or resulting from, this Agreement or the performance or beach thereof, or any product or the use or performance thereof, exceed the amount paid by the Buyer for the product.
